Overall these are great-They are holding up/ suspending my small bookshelf speakers that I am using as surround speakers- They would probably be considered pretty large speakers for surrounds.The center nut that hold the arm in place seems like it could be compromised if you were to make too many adjustments- I don't fully 100% trust it- I probably trust it like 98% and then there is the safety wire that secures it which does then take my trust to 100%- If they can get it feeling solid enough to get my trust to 100% without the wire- then I would give it 5 stars for sturdiness as well.
