Galaxy Star Projector Night Light with Bluetooth Speaker & Remote Control - Starry Sky Aurora Projector for Bedroom, Kids Room, Meditation & Relaxation

I love everything about this. There are so many settings and great for when ur sleeping. only one flaw is that when i turn it on it speaks very loudly. You cannot lower the volume of machine(u can change volume for bluetooth) or when u set a timer it makes rlly loud beep.Had to order 2 and both had/have minor defects. The first one I ordered didn’t have a “slow” option which doesn’t sound like much but it’s the only setting I use finding stop, medium, and fast don’t compare. After returning that one and being obsessed with the effects, I ordered a second. This one thankfully has the medium (best) speed setting (IMO) but for some reason when I turn it off and it’s still plugged in, it is turning itself back on after about a minute or so? Overall just buy one and pray it works fully. I will note, someone else in my house also bought one and as far as I know, there’s works fine. But 2 back to back flawed machines for me was enough to leave a review. Great effects! But tech is iffyUPDATE: A few days after posting this review, I heard back from the company. They sent us a new light, which has been working GREAT for the last two weeks. I'm still hesitant to alter my review to a 5 stars, just because I don't know if it will break again, but... So far, so good!Also, I switched to a higher powered USB wall charger, and maybe that made the difference?PREVIOUS REVIEW: I bought this light on Amazon for my son for his birthday, right before Christmas. It worked excellently for a week, but now it won't turn on. I unplugged it, tried a different charger adapter, etc. Nothing works.When I plug it in, it says "Bluetooth Mount" but then won't turn on, using either the "on" button on the device itself, or the remote included.Just to see if it would help, I did connect my phone using the Bluetooth feature, and sound played out of the Projection Lamp just fine. I tried to change the volume using the remote, and that did NOT work, however.I was about to post an enthusiastic review on Amazon, but now I'm so disappointed. We used it for a dance party before it failed, and it was perfect; it worked just as well as a night light for when he's sleeping. My son LOVES this light, and I would really like to be able to fix it for him, or get a replacement if needed.I emailed the address provided on the instructions -- no response. I called the number listed on this amazon product site, and no one answered, so I left a message.I can still return the light for a few more weeks, but I'm not sure I want to get the same light again, if it's only going to lead to more tears from my kiddo when it stops working. :(I will update this review if I hear back!I purchased this as a birthday gift for a seven-year-old grandson. He loves it!it looks and feels kind of cheap however it does project the light on the ceiling. The speaker quality is pretty bad and it doesn’t get very loud but it’s still a speaker. The stars won’t stay on, they stay on for a second and then they don’t stay on anymore. The modes confuse me because they don’t stay, so I just keep it on the basic red green white or blue. The product is okay.My 16 year old loves his light and it’s bright for an average sized room.
