My best friend loved this!!This BT21 cooky microphone is adorable and a must for any BTS fans. The product arrived new and Is an official. It came in good packaging. It comes with charging wires. The music and sound quality is average. I could probably get a better quality microphone but I brought it for cuteness.The Chimmy logo came loose and the buttons seem a bit different but it was easy to connect to my devices.Bought for my daughter who loves BTS. She would love the whole set for sure! No complaintsArrived fast and is quite adorable! But when I opened it, I immediately saw scratches and scraps on it. It also didn't come with a cord to charge it. Fortunately I had one that actually fit it. Once I got it charged up it worked perfectly!I got my Cooky mic and I love it! My bias is Tae but I love JK’s purple mic the most because it’s my favorite color. Just keep in mind directions pamphlet is in Hangul so I couldn’t read it but it’s pretty straight forward and I’m sure I can find a YouTube on how to connect music via Bluetooth. If it’s in your cart just buy it!When I opened the package, I noticed the crack along the 'my' on Chimmy, and when I took it out of the box, the only thing holding the piece together was the sticker.
